• Mengenal pasti keperluan latihan pekerja berdasarkan keperluan jabatan.
• Menyelaras program latihan dalaman dan luaran.
• Mengekalkan rekod latihan dan matriks latihan untuk pekerja.
• Mohon & Tuntut Geran – HRDC

7. ER/IR

A) Pengurusan Perhubungan Pekerja

• Mengekalkan hubungan baik antara pekerja dan pihak pengurusan.
• Mengendalikan aduan, rungutan dan masalah tempat kerja pekerja.
• Memberi panduan kepada pekerja tentang dasar dan prosedur syarikat.
• Sokong HR dalam mengekalkan persekitaran kerja yang positif.

B) Pematuhan Perhubungan Perusahaan

• Memastikan amalan syarikat mematuhi Akta Pekerjaan 1955 dan peraturan buruh Malaysia.
• Mengendalikan kes-kes berkaitan pemecatan, salah laku dan pemecatan yang tidak adil.
• Membantu menyediakan dokumentasi untuk kes Pejabat Buruh (JTK) atau Mahkamah Perusahaan jika diperlukan.

8. Lain-lain

• Menyokong Pembantu HR, untuk urusan Pekerja Asing (Masih mengajar Pembantu HR untuk sebarang isu berkaitan Pekerja Asing)
• Membantu Pengurus HR dalam perancangan tenaga kerja dan aktiviti operasi HR
