Job Descriptions:
- Provide on field technical assistance and service all small items, massage chairs, fitness products and other health related products.
- Make appointment with customers and arrange doorstep technical / customer service
- Respond promptly and address all customers’ cases within stipulated working days upon receiving the service request
- Conduct QC test on products and trouble shooting
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, preferable with a valid A0 Chargeman certificate.
- Candidates with at least two (2) years of working experience relating to outdoor servicing or Quality Control are encouraged to apply.
- Possess a valid license and willing to travel. Those with GDL license would be advantages.
- Mature, well organized with excellent customer service skills.
- Good command of both oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Able to start work in short notice
