Working Arrangement

• Training Period:
  Mon–Thu (9:00am – 6:00pm)
• Post-Training:
  3-2-2-3 rotating shifts
• Day Shift: 8:00am – 8:00pm
• Night Shift: 8:00pm – 8:00am (WFH)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 application support to users and resolve incidents efficiently
• Perform issue analysis and step-by-step troubleshooting
• Communicate clearly with users, internal teams, and management
• Log and track incidents, root causes, and resolutions accurately
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 teams with proper documentation
• Maintain and improve support documentation and troubleshooting guides
• Collaborate with technical teams on system improvements and upgrades
• Identify opportunities to improve support processes and service quality

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Exposure to fintech or financial systems (trading, payments, blockchain, capital markets) is a plus
• Basic knowledge of HTML, Java, or scripting languages is an advantage

Job Responsibilities

Business Manager (Central Kitchen) manages the overall performance of an organization's central kitchen. Besides monitoring production output levels to ensure that quality levels are maintained, he/she is also expected to set up new food production standards, kitchen operation guidelines and to propose research and development activities for new products. To constantly liaise with suppliers on food cost changes and procure new vendors to maintain control on food production cost. 1. Manage central production operations

Job Requirements
