Role Overview
We are seeking a Finance Executive to oversee the company’s financial operations and support sound business decision-making. This role is responsible for ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and the timely preparation of management and statutory reports.
In addition, this role requires direct client interaction, including supporting financial discussions, preparing budgets and proposals, and delivering clear and insightful financial reporting to clients.
The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams in Singapore and with the offsite team in Jakarta, providing financial expertise, analytical support, and operational insight to help drive the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and finalize monthly and annual financial statements
Manage financial reporting processes and ensure timely submission of statutory reports
Monitor compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support management decision-making
Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections
Deliver client-facing financial reports and presentations, ensuring clarity and transparency
Participate in client meetings and discussions on financial matters, including cost planning and performance updates
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, corporate secretaries, and other external stakeholders
Support process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and financial accuracy
Collaborate with internal teams across Singapore and Jakarta on finance-related matters
Requirements
Diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Strong proficiency in preparing and analyzing financial statements and reports
Solid understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and reporting standards
Experience in financial reporting, compliance, and statutory matters
Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders and clients
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in relevant financial software and Microsoft Excel
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in a similar finance role
Experience in a client-facing finance or commercial role
Experience working in a fast-paced or growing business environment
Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with regional teams
