Job Summary:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics,Business, Banking, or a related discipline

8-15 years of experience in trade finance,structured finance, treasury, or commodity finance, with a proven track recordof arranging and managing complex financing facilities for commodity tradingbusinesses.

Extensive knowledge of trade finance instrumentsincluding Letters of Credit, SBLCs, revolving credit facilities, borrowing basefacilities, inventory financing, receivables financing, supply chain finance,and commodity repo structures.

Strong expertise in structured commodity finance,including pre-export finance, inventory-backed lending, warehouse financing,asset-backed financing, and cross-border trade finance structures.

Established network and relationship managementexperience with international banks, commodity finance lenders, export creditagencies, and alternative financing providers.

Ability to negotiate complex financing arrangementsand present to bank credit committees and senior stakeholders.

Strong understanding of commodity tradingoperations, working capital management, credit risk, and financial covenantmonitoring.

Job Scope

As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for group reporting, consolidation and SGX related activities. You will drive the reporting process, including reporting of monthly, quarterly and annual financial performance across business units, and accurate reporting of group financials. You will be responsible for preparation of financial presentations, board papers and insights for senior leadership discussions. Responsibilities:

• Manage financial technical accounting activities, including premium and claims accounting.
• Ensure timely and accurate allocation of premium receipts, resolve collection-related queries, monitor and expedite outstanding broker balances, and prepare credit control reports for management review.
