• Process module ownership involving Chemical Mechanical Planarization (CMP) process characterization and advanced process development for 3D NAND and beyond.

• Operate and maintain vacuum deposition equipment, performing chamber conditioning, process optimization, and recipe development under engineering supervision
• Perform thin film characterization using analytical techniques such as Ellipsometry, X-ray Reflectivity (XRR), and Raman Spectroscopy to evaluate film properties and process quality
• Collect, analyze, and interpret experimental data to evaluate process performance, identify trends, and recommend improvement opportunities
• Gather and summarize experimental data to support process decisions. Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders
• Identify process risks and issues proactively. Provide timely and effective solutions to minimize disruptions and ensure experiment continuity
• Support the development and validation of new process conditions and deposition recipes to improve film quality and process efficiency

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy scalable AI and machine learning solutions, supporting the full lifecycle from data ingestion to production deployment
• Develop and maintain end-to-end pipelines, including model training, validation, and serving
• Work with advanced AI technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), embeddings, multi-agent systems, and RAG-based architectures
• Manage model lifecycle processes, including experimentation,versioning, validation, and release into production environments
• Support the development of reliable and scalable infrastructure using containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate research and prototypes into production-ready applications
• Integrate AI solutions into existing systems while ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong programming skills in Python, with experience writing clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying machine learning models and pipelines in production environments
• Familiarity with ML Ops practices and tools such as ML flow, Weights & Biases, or similar platforms
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and modern AI frameworks
• Understanding of agent-based systems, orchestration frameworks, or related AI architectures
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and working knowledge of Kubernetes
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, or similar
• Solid understanding of data preparation, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques
• Knowledge of core statistical and mathematical concepts relevant to machine learning
• Experience working with cloud platforms and GPU-based workloads is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

As a Pricipal Emulation Engineer in the ASIC Emulation team, you will be responsible for Emulation builds, sanity test suite & methodology. 

• Providing technical leadership and expertise to define requirements for Emulation and Emulation IP development.
• Create emulation models from RTL / Netlist. Develop hardware collateral to be integrated with the Palladium / FPGA emulation mode.
• Experience in Palladium or Zebu Platforms Automation and increase process efficiencies.
• Collaborating cross-functionally to optimize emulation workflows and standardize methodologies.
• Work with extended teams to debug environment and drive cross-functional testing (Firmware, Software, Verification and Design)
• Triage failures with design, verification, firmware, software teams.
• Mentoring and guiding junior engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.

Skills Required:

• Working knowledge of Linux/Unix environment and shell scripting
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills with simulation and emulation environments.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work closely with design, validation, firmware, and physical design teams to resolve system-level issues.
