About the Role:

The role of the IT Support Engineer intern is essentially to assist in troubleshooting, analyzing, and resolving technical problems, utilizing resolution procedures in schools assigned. Qualifications:

Responsibilities:  

• Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and maintain reporting and KPI dashboards for market reviews, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.  

• Knowledge Management: Assist in the identification of knowledge base (KB) articles from AMER / EMEA regions and support localization efforts to ensure global consistency.

Mandatory Skill-set
