Job Responsibilities:

• Implement and carry out the Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) for Construction Quality so that the work can achieve high construction and workmanship quality in the delivery stage.

Job Description:

1. Unit inspection, readiness/preparation:

Conduct quality inspection of 100% of the units to identify defects for rectification, ensuring that home units handed over to home buyers are in good condition. 

2. Defects Rectification

Ensure defects rectification completed within stipulated timeline by liaising with main contractor and owners on rectification works and arranging joint inspections with owners on completion where necessary.

3. Unit handover to owners

Assist the Customer Service team in the liaison with main contractor on handover preparation by ensuring that the handover kit is complete on time with complete information.

Summary:
