About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager – Fire Protection to support the successful delivery of fire protection projects across residential, commercial, and industrial developments.

You will work closely with the Project Manager to oversee project execution, coordination, and compliance while ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Execution

• Assist in managing fire protection projects including:Sprinkler systemsFire hydrant systemsFire alarm and detection systems
• Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation

Technical & Site Support

• Review drawings, shop drawings, and technical submissions

Requirements

Mandatory

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Fire Engineering or related field
• 4–8 years of experience in fire protection projects
• Strong knowledge of fire protection systems and codes
• Experience in site coordination and project execution
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• Assist the Project Manager/ M&E Manager in the effective planning, reviewing, monitoringand controlling progress and process of M&E works. He/she must be able to control and manage the M&E subcontractor’s progress and performance on site.

Assistant Contracts Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Contracts Manager to manage and lead a team of Quantity Surveyors on all contractual matters.
• Identify and evaluate new tender opportunities and coordinate the full tender process from measurement to submission.
• Manage the "after-process" including contract administration, procurement, and budget setup once a project is awarded.
