Job Scope:
· Oversee and manage daily construction operations across multiple projects.
· Plan, coordinate and monitor project schedules, manpower allocation and site activities.
· Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget and in accordance with specifications and safety regulations.
· Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers on project progress and technical matters.
· Monitor project costs, variations, procurement and resource planning.
· Lead project teams including Project Managers, Engineers, Supervisors and Coordinators.
· Ensure compliance with BCA regulations, workplace safety requirements and company policies.
· Attend project meetings, site meetings and management meetings.
· Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures.
· Improve operational workflow, productivity and cost efficiency across projects.
· Review project reports, progress claims, variation orders and project documentation.
· Handle project planning, scheduling and overall project coordination.
· Undertake any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
· Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
· Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management and site operations.
· Familiar with SingaporeBCA regulations, safety regulations and authority submissions.
· Strong leadership,communication and organizational skills.
· Ability to managemultiple projects simultaneously.
· Good problem-solving anddecision-making skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and project scheduling software (e.g. MS Project / Primavera).
· Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight project deadlines.
· Strong communication and coordination skills.
· Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
· Willing to attend to site matters or emergency calls beyond office hours when required.
· 6-day work week.
