The Property Executive Cum FSM will be required to manage and monitor the repair and replacement work including managing the defects rectification throughout the Defects Liability Period (DLP).

As the Facilities regional chemical engineer, you will be responsible for leading chemical system design for construction projects, providing technical support, expertise, and lead business process alignment on operational and maintenance programs for the facility chemical systems at all front and back end sites.  As a global team member residing in your current site/geography, you will represent all regional facility O&M alignment initiatives. • Ensure all deliverables are accurate, consistent, and submitted on time.
• Lead, coach, and mentor junior Quantity Surveyors to ensure knowledge sharing, professional growth, and alignment with company standards.
• Assign tasks and monitor the progress of the team.
• Coordinate internally to ensure tender submissions are complete.
• Create and maintain tender documentation, databases, and cost libraries for accurate and efficient future reference.
• Prepare full handover documentation for project teams after award to ensure a smooth transition from tender to project execution.
• Liaise with consultants and internal project teams to clarify tender requirements and resolve technical or contractual issues.

Requirements:

• Diploma and/or Degree above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
• At least 2 years of experience in tendering roles
