Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to support Accounts Payable and general finance operations. This role involves assisting senior accounting staff with invoice processing, payment administration, procurement coordination, and general administrative duties to ensure efficient and compliant financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Accounts Payable functions by verifying supporting documents and matching them accurately with supplier invoices to ensure payment accuracy
• Support monthly Accounts Payable payment processing and resolve discrepancies by following up with suppliers
• Reconcile supplier statements to maintain accurate vendor accounts
• Record customer payments and investigate discrepancies with customers or internal teams to ensure correct receivables
