1.Financial - Maintain and manage the full set accounts of companies of ERI:
ERI SECRETARIAL SERVICE PTE LTD (ESS),ERI ACCOUNTING SERVICE PTE LTD (EAS),ERI PENGSHENG
PAC(EPP),including-
1.2 Prepare month-end
closing such as AP, AL, GL. Annual financial report,
1.2 Quarterly GST reparation
& submission for ESS & EAS, and annual tax filing.
1.3 Monitor suppliers' invoices
and ensure payments
are up-to-date and maintain proper documentation and filing systems
for financial records and transactions.
1.4 Invoicing statistics and bank transaction in
& out inspection, intercompany transactions and bank reconciliation.
2.Admin- General
administrative work,including-
2.1 Office works, Letters & couriers receiving and sending, other office
job like scanning, data entry, office rental management, liaise with the
management office and landlord.
2.3 Check and verify
employee claims for disbursement
2.2 Prepare, calculate CPF & payroll
(including commission) of staffs.
2.3 Maintenance of the HR document, recruitment, staff files. Meeting, event arrangement. Visitor reception & registration. Attendance
sheet and leaves records updated.
2.4 Work pass (EP & DP/SP/WP) application and renew for staffs if any.
3. Other jobs- arranged and authorized by the General Manager
