About the Role
We are partnering with an established company in the foodservice industry to hire a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive.
This role focuses on managing and growing foodservice accounts within the HORECA and institutional segments, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering groups, central kitchens, and other foodservice customers.
Candidates should have relevant sales experience in the foodservice, FMCG food, F&B supply, or HORECA-related industry, with the ability to manage customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow existing foodservice accounts, including HORECA and institutional customers
Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers
Conduct regular sales visits, presentations, and product demonstrations
Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and close sales deals
Work closely with internal teams, including operations, logistics, and customer service, to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy account receivables
Requirements
Must have minimum 3 years of sales experience in foodservice, FMCG food, F&B supply, HORECA, or related industry
Experience managing HORECA accounts such as hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers, central kitchens, or institutional customers will be highly relevant
Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Self-driven, independent, and results-oriented
Good understanding of Singapore’s foodservice market
Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence
Own vehicle will be an advantage
Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Singapore. No work pass sponsorship is available.
