Overview*

The successful candidate will lead multidisciplinary teams and manage end-to-end project delivery from design through commissioning.

Responsibilities

Project & Operations Management

• Oversee project execution, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget

• Manage coordination between clients, project teams, and subcontractors

• Lead commissioning activities for gas and chemical delivery systems

Engineering & Design

• Review and ensure compliance of equipment design with technical specifications

• Maintain proper records for engineering and construction activities

Stakeholder Management

• Liaise with clients to ensure performance expectations are met

• Support customer engagement and technical discussions

• Provide training on gas and chemical systems where required

Leadership

• Lead and manage project teams, including engineers and site personnel

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones

• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering

• Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in construction, engineering, or industrial gas systems

• Strong knowledge of process gas systems, equipment design, and project execution

• Experience in cost estimation, tendering, and risk assessment

• Familiarity with HSE standards and regulatory compliance

• Proven leadership and project management skills

• Ability to work in Singapore and travel overseas when required

• At least 3 years of prior experience in civil service-related work is preferred
• Proven experience in risk management, change management and system management.
• Strong interest in technologies and innovation, particularly in cybersecurity.
• Has strong project, vendor, and contract-management skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage various Systems/projects simultaneously.
