The ideal candidate should possess:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required

• Over than 12 years of CRM/Salesforce experience, with at least 6 years in Consulting

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Delivery Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex network solutions for enterprise customers.

This role combines deep technical expertise, customer-facing skills, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful solution design, implementation, and operational readiness.

The Senior Delivery Architect will also play a key role in strategic design governance and internal capability building.

Customer Engagement & Communication

• Work closely with customer architects to understand requirements and design tailored WAN/LAN and security solutions.
• Attend weekly customer meetings to track progress and ensure design implementation aligns with expectations and timelines.
• Deliver compelling presentations to customers and internal management, effectively communicating design decisions, risks, and recommendations.

Solution Design & Delivery

• Lead or contribute to design validation, performance testing, and risk mitigation planning.
• Be prepared to attend weekly calls outside of business hours when required to support global or regional customers.
• Provide on-call support during weekends or public holidays for critical escalations or coverage, ensuring minimal customer impact.
• Participate in RCA/RFO and to be presented to customer and internal management team.
