What you'll be doing

• Design, develop and optimize software applications and systems for semiconductor manufacturing equipment and automation processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement software architecture, algorithms, and control logic
• Develop and maintain software tools, libraries, and frameworks to enhance the efficiency and reliability of the company's products
• Troubleshoot and debug software issues, and provide technical support to customers and field engineers
• Lead and mentor junior engineers, ensuring knowledge transfer and continuous improvement
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in software engineering for the semiconductor industry

What we're looking for

• Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering/Computer Studies or its equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong background in C++ programming and semiconductor automation/control systems
• Proficient in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles
• Hands-on experience in developing embedded software, firmware, and real-time control systems
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, equipment, and automation technologies
• Senior Engineers may be considered for a Managerial level
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and innovate
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with software development methodologies, such as Agile, and proficiency in using relevant tools and technologies

We are looking for an experienced Manager to oversee the company’s IT operations, infrastructure, and software systems. You will ensure secure, reliable, and efficient technology support for both office and project site operations, while leading IT initiatives that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Manage daily IT operations, including networks, servers, cloud services, and endpoints.

• Lead IT projects such as system upgrades, software deployments, and digital transformation initiatives.

• Oversee IT vendors, service providers, and the IT budget.

• Ensure cybersecurity, data protection, and regulatory compliance.

• Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of software systems and business applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

• 5–8 years of IT experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, software systems, and cybersecurity.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in engineering or project-based environments is a plus.

• Hands-on experience with process mapping, SOP creation, Kanban, or lean systems.

The Opportunity:

• $8,000 - $11,000 Basic + 15% Bonus

• Drive business growth across mining, tunnelling and construction sites by identifying opportunities, managing key accounts, and expanding market presence.
• Provide technical sales support including underground site visits, pull testing, installation audits, product demonstrations and end-user training to ensure optimal product performance and compliance.
• Develop and execute territory action plans aligned with annual sales strategy, leveraging market intelligence, competitor analysis and sales data to achieve revenue targets.

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Technical or Business
• 5 years of sales experience in mining, underground and tunnel
