Job Description & Requirements

A. Initial 6-Month Training Period (Bunker Cargo Officer Trainee)
Trainees will undergo on-the-job training led by experienced Bunker Cargo Officers and Cargo Superintendents, along with external certification courses for SS 648:2024 and SS 600:2014. What this job involves: 

This role leads JLL's APAC Research Data Operations team, ensuring the quality, consistency, and reliability of property market data across more than 20 Asia Pacific markets. • Oversee day-to-day business operations across finance, human resources, procurement, and operations

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related disciplines

• Strong understanding of business operations including finance, procurement, and organisational management

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and business performance metrics

• Experience in budgeting, cash flow management, and financial forecasting

The Marketing Director will be responsible for managing all marketing, branding and promotional activities for the company across all media. Requirements

· At least a Degree in Marketing/Business

· 6 years of digital and social marketing experience in content writing including SEO/SEM

· Knowledge of webpage management software (Wordpress/WIX)

· Proficiency in data analytics for social media, websites and Google.

· Basic Knowledge in Google Analytics or Adwords, certification will be a plus

· Strong planning and project management skills needed to execute multiple projects

Key Responsibilities

1. Lab Offerings (ABSL-3, BSL-2)

• Develop the catalogue of laboratory service offerings across ABSL-3 and BSL-2 Facilities in conjunction with the Labs Facility Director.
• Work with Lab Facilities Team to translate technical capability and manage rollout programs to identified/potential customers.
• Drive clarity in outcome and milestones management
• Track utilisation and capacity and market availability of facilities.

2. Medical Devices Offerings (Products & Services)

• Package product and associated services
• Maintain and update offering documentation and provide inputs to customer-facing collateral for selected territories.
• Work with manufacturer on Products rollout/time.
• Maintenance Offerings (Labs & Medical Devices/Products)
• Develop and package preventive and corrective maintenance offerings and SLA tiers for both lab facilities and medicals equipment — defining scope, response times, coverage, and ensure pricing in place.
• Work with Operations to ensure maintenance offerings are deliverable against actual staffing and territory coverage.
• Drive excellence programs to enhance service delivery. Work with delivery team to upgrade skills program.

3. Training Offerings

• Define training programs (Procurement, Biosafety, Project Management, etc) as commercial offerings and including delivery models (onsite, scheduled, certification).
• Commercial and Packaging
• Develop bundles and cross-sell structures linking labs, equipment, maintenance, and training.
• Maintain a master offering catalogue with version control.
• Launch Pilot and Rollout Programs

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Degree/Diploma in science/engineering/business, or a related field.
• 10+ years in product, offering, or program management or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience building commercial programs, outcome management.
