• Analyze performance test, vulnerability assessments and any other test related issues that arise during projects
• Manage, address and resolve project-related technical issues in a timely fashion, ensuring necessary escalation and communication to stakeholders as necessary
• Select, train, develop and manage technical team members in a conducive team environment
• Lead multi-vendor teams to successfully deliver solutions
• Guide the project team in issue resolution to meet the requirements and timelines

Requirement:

• Degree with 8+ years of current, hands on technical experience
• Go getter attitude with strong analytical and problem solving skills
• General understanding of banking and knowledge and application of banking technology and regulations/compliance

Solid understanding of:

• LINUX O/S and/or RedHat platform and scripting skills
• Java and internet-related components (i.e: JSON, XML)
• Spring boot, Camel, FTP
• Microservices Experiences
• Jboss, Tomcat., Database, Sql
• DevOps suite of products (i.e: Jenkins, GitHub, Sonar, Aldon, etc)
• Connect Direct, SFTP, basic UNIX commands
• Perf tuning and automation in general
• Working knowledge of microservice implementation, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and Kafka.
• Experience of complete software development lifecycles – waterfall and agile project experience
