You will serve as the UI/UX subject matter expert (SME) across discovery, interaction design, and visual design, ensuring usability, consistency, accessibility, and high design quality from concept to delivery. [What you will be working on] The key duties and responsibilities are to: • Work with product owner, engineering, and cybersecurity stakeholders to translate cybersecurity use cases into user journeys, task flows, information architecture, and interaction models. • Design core platform experiences (navigation, search, filtering, drill-downs) for high volume, data-rich CTI workflows. • Create dashboards and views optimised for speed, clarity, and decision-making in maritime cybersecurity operations. • Deliver wireframes, prototypes, and UI specifications with responsive behaviour, error/empty states, and consistent content hierarchy. • Establish and maintain a design system (components, patterns, tokens) to ensure consistency across modules and future features. • Conduct user research and usability testing with stakeholders; synthesise insights and iterate designs based on feedback and outcomes. • Collaborate with engineers on handoff, implementation support, and UI quality validation before release. [What we are looking for] • At least 5 years of experience in UI/UX design for web applications. • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design delivery for complex, data-heavy products. • Proficiency with modern UI/UX design and prototyping tools, including component libraries and design system workflows. • Strong interaction design skills for investigative workflows, including filtering, pivoting, and drill-down patterns. • Good understanding of responsive design, and usability principles. • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills; able to work effectively in cross functional teams. • Familiarity with front-end implementation constraints to support efficient delivery. • A good command of English.

Job Summary

Oversee the day-to-day operations and strategic management of ICT infrastructure components including servers, hosting, networking infrastructure, end-user computing, and data centre operations to ensure optimal service delivery and system availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage appointed Agency Facilities Management contractors and End-User Computing Device (EUCD) contractors to deliver infrastructure and computing services aligned with organizational goals
• Implement and oversee infrastructure projects to achieve service availability, continuity, and capacity targets supporting business objectives
• Ensure operational integrity by enforcing strict compliance with Government IM8 policies, CCS ICT policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Manage hardware, software, and subscription maintenance contracts to optimize infrastructure and data centre performance and cost-efficiency
• Plan and coordinate procurement and leasing activities for end-user computing devices to ensure timely deployment and user readiness
• Develop tender specifications, manage tendering processes, evaluate bids, and recommend contract awards to support IT infrastructure procurement
• Monitor and analyze infrastructure performance metrics and system logs to proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and problems
• Lead remediation efforts to address audit findings and ensure timely resolution of security vulnerability scanning issues
• Plan, coordinate, and execute the annual Table-Top exercise with contractors to validate disaster recovery readiness and response capabilities
• Coordinate and oversee the disaster recovery plan and conduct annual disaster recovery testing for CCS ICT systems to ensure business continuity

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Facilities Management, or related field
• Experience in IT operations or data centre operations
• Certified ICT Project Management Programme (CITPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Certification in CompTIA Network (added advantage)
• Certification in AWS Cloud Practitioner (added advantage)
• Certification in CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), CCAK (Certificate of Cloud Auditing Knowledge), or equivalent (added advantage)
• Certification in Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) (added advantage)
• Other relevant professional certifications (added advantage)
