Job Summary:

The incumbent is responsible to manage partners to meet ground needs. Principal Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Establish partnerships for community activation in various aspects such as outreach, programmes, volunteers.
2. Co-create a community of practice in driving community activation with stakeholders including SG Enable, Enabling Business Hub and other ESH operators in other regions.
3. Build and nurture meaningful working relationships with community partners and agencies to raise awareness about ESH and engage more Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) in ESH services.
4. Organise and coordinate community events, workshops, and communication forums to engage stakeholders and increase awareness.

• Root Cause Mitigation: Work with cross-functional teams (CTOs, system, and finance) to identify why rating errors occur and implement system-level fixes.

4. Ancillary & Cost-Linked Pricing (Other Charges)

• Surcharge Management: Manage and update all "Other Charges" (Fuel Surcharges, Security, Terminal Handling, etc.) across the network.
• Cost-to-Price Synchronization: Monitor underlying cost changes (vendor increases, fuel fluctuations, or regulatory fees) and ensure these are timely adjusted within "Other Charges" to protect net margins.
• Ancillary Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to introduce or optimize service-based charges to enhance total revenue per shipment.

5. Rate Lifecycle & System Integrity

• Agile Rate Updates: Oversee a team of Pricing Executives in loading and updating Contractual, Published, and Market rates in the core system with 100% accuracy.
• Market Benchmarking: Periodically review and adjust published rates to ensure Teleport remains competitive and aligned with current market demand and capacity shifts.

Reporting directly to the Director of Compliance who is based in Singapore. This role will cover multiple aspects of compliance including AML, sanctions, regulatory compliance and advisory. This role is ideal for an experienced compliance professional who thrives in a fast-moving fintech environment, is excellent at collaborating with cross-function teams, and sets up processes and controls in a scalable manner.  

Key responsibilities:

• Perform regulatory and financial crime risk assessments prior to new product launches, identifying key areas where changes in processes are needed and working with stakeholders to put the changes in place
• Serve as escalation point for topics including AML and Sanctions, and provide regulatory advisory to stakeholders
• Keep track of regulatory changes and notifications from regulator, perform gap analysis and work with stakeholders to implement processes
• Review and updating of compliance policies and procedures

The Job:

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project execution across engineering, manufacturing, tooling, automation, planning, and purchasing.

• Work with BD and engineering teams on new project evaluation, quotations, and customer follow-up.

• Act as the key technical contact for customers on program-related matters.
