As part of our robust growth in the structured credit space, we have openings for (Senior) Credit Analyst in the Regional Credit (RC) department. RC, an integral part of our structured debt franchise in Asia, has the principal mandate for all wholesale structured debt products offered by UOBKH across the various business units, including prime brokerage, private wealth management, structured finance, and structured solutions well as our regional brokerage firms. What is the job like?

• Providing in-depth credit and fundamental analysis including assessment and valuation of multiple asset classes (e.g. listed shares, bonds, derivatives, structured products, properties, etc) as potential collateral
• Reviewing and analyzing regional capital market activities and corporate actions (e.g. privatization, corporate takeover, rights issue, IPO, etc).
• Presenting financing proposals to the Credit Committee and addressing all credit queries pertaining to the financing requests.

Who are we looking for?

Position

The Global Referential Management division(GRM) is  part more globally of the Operation unit of OPC.

Under its scope of responsibilities, GRM is in charge of the Know Your Customer (KYC)due-diligences in collaboration with the Relationship Manager and the Financial Security.

We are currently looking for a KYC analyst to join our team in Singapore.

This is a 1-year contract position (with the possibility to be extended) where the Analyst will be part of the KYC Middle Office team, incoordination with the Front Office, the KYC Checkers and Financial Security.

Main responsibilities

What you'll do:
