DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES – HR/ADMIN EXECUTIVE

Human Resources (HR)

· Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records maintenance

· Coordinate onboarding logistics such as office equipment, laptops, mobile lines, and system access

· Support recruitment activities including job postings, interview coordination, and candidate communication

QA and HSE Coordinator (QA for Inspection of Quang Ninh branch; HSE for Minerals Department of Hai Phong and Quang Ninh Branches)

Primary Responsibilities
Supervise the laboratory operations of functional lab to ensure its safety, effectiveness & efficiency and maintain standardized and aligned lab testing practices in the laboratory
Maintains laboratory operation and equipment performance, develop workflow and operations.  Ensure technician compliance, to follow SOP to perform the test, issue the reporting and arrange equipment maintenance.  
Implement and develop new method, instrumentation, and procedures, prepare testing protocol, develop and perform Proficiency Testing programs and accreditation.  
Maintain laboratory staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
Lead technical development, R&D, continuous improvement and corporate projects of functional and comfort test services
Specific Responsibilities
Implement necessary processes for adequate and consistent quality of execution and meeting HSE requirements (in line with business processes and group targets) 
Support to publish technical paper regularly (e.g. safeguard, position paper) in functional lab service aspects
Provide support to client’s activities (e.g. meeting/lab tour/ training/seminar) and provide professional advice and technical support on functional & comfort lab test service

The Programme Manager is part of the Global Competence Platform and acts as a coordinator for one or more Client Programmes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage the Client’s Programme related operational activities 
• Communicate Client requirements and expectations to the network
• Ensure the procedures are followed by the executing affiliates of the network and monitor the effectiveness of procedures across the BA network to ensure delivery of services in line with SGS BA requirements and Client’s expectations.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITES

Programme Set Up

• Organize the development of tools such as procedures, pricing, etc. for the Programme in the SCS Hub
• Provide technical support / guidance to SGS affiliates about implementation and interpretation of Client’s specific requirements.
• Lead the training, development and procedure rollout. Liaise with SCS Managers and Regional Managers where appropriate to make sure the Programme can be executed by (EA) in conformity with the Programme specifications including capacity management.

Client’s Communication

• Act as point of reference for all product related enquiries and work collaboratively with SCS and Sales colleagues to address any issues that may arise
• Liaise with the Client on behalf of SGS as single point of contact for day to day SCS activity
• Management of Client’s complaints: Oversight and review of investigative actions carried out by concerned affiliates and communication of investigation results to the Client.
• Liaise with all relevant parties in accordance with the SCS Global procedures for the management any claim or complaint related to the product.

Monitoring of performance

• Monitoring of Auditors’ performance: Check of thoroughness and soundness of action plans proposed by affiliates to improve performance of local auditors. 
• Check of effectiveness of action plan through audit quality review of packages on a random basis.
• Monitoring of affiliate performance: Check and appraisal of action plans proposed by affiliates to improve effectiveness in the execution of the Client’s Programme. 
• Technical review for Audit Files from all affiliates as per sample size defined in Annual Management Review meeting.
• Take part in global SCS calls to discuss any relevant topics in relationship with the product he/she manages (by invitation)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Lab Technician to join our Chromatography Laboratory in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting various chromatographic analyses, maintaining laboratory equipment, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results.

• Receive and review testing orders, SOP’s and instruction before conducting testing
• Perform tests in a professional and safe manner; ensure that tests are carried out in accordance with testing orders, SOP and clients' instruction; record all raw data.
• Keep tools, chemicals and consumables in good conditions by storing at proper places.
• Keep the work area tidy, clean and safe. All assigned equipments, environment conditions, reagents, worksheets,...must be recorded correctly.
• Ensure day-to-day compliance in HSE & Quality management system (SOP, forms, guidelines, equipment calibration, ISO17025, etc.) and escalate potential operation risk.
• Keep Lab Team leader/Supervisor informed on daily basis or as required about the progress of the testing and report any problems identified when performing tests
• Study and propose to his/her supervisors for improvement daily activities

• Receive samples and register on the system. Encode and take photos of samples.

• Send order confirmation and update to relevant teams if there are any updates from clients to have proper actions. 

• Follow up the results tested by subcontractor and have proper actions.  

• Prepare PI and input orders to BOSS. Handle invoicing process and money collection (via bank accounts or cashier). 

• Track orders and provide information requested by clients. 

• Input order information into job management file for controlling productivity, revenue...
