• Menjalankan pemeriksaan rutin, pembaikan, penyelenggaraan pembetulan dan pencegahan pada semua papan suis, pemutus litar, transformer, gear suis dan kebersihan semua bilik Voltan Tinggi, Voltan Rendah, MSB dan bilik penjana.
• Untuk berhubung dengan penyedia utiliti dan badan kawal selia seperti TNB dan Suruhjaya Tenaga mengenai isu perkhidmatan utiliti dan pematuhan.
• Bertanggungjawab sebagai pengecas tegangan tinggi 11kv. Menyedia, merancang, menyelaras, melaksanakan & memantau pencegahan, ramalan, pemantauan keadaan dan penyelenggaraan kerosakan bekalan & pengagihan elektrik.
• Bertanggungjawab terhadap keselamatan dan pengendalian bekalan kuasa tegangan tinggi yang betul.
• Untuk menjalankan penyelenggaraan dan penyelesaian masalah kemudahan elektrik, mesin dan peralatan loji.
• Untuk berhubung dengan syarikat pengeluar sistem solar bagi menyemak garis panduan penyelenggaraan sistem tenaga solar dan sebarang isu pematuhan yang lain.
• Memantau dan merekodkan bacaan input dan output harian penjanaan kuasa dan penggunaan kuasa sistem solar serta menyediakan laporan kepada pihak atasan.
• Merancang, menyediakan, menyelaras, melaksanakan dan memantau senarai semak penyelenggaraan dan penyelenggaraan pencegahan sistem tenaga solar kilang.
• Untuk menjalankan pemeriksaan, pembaikan, penyelenggaraan pembetulan dan pencegahan untuk sistem tenaga solar termasuk semua bateri, panel solar, pendawaian dan sambungan, inverter, sistem panel kawalan, platform bumbung panel solar dan panel PV.
• Menghubungkan, menyelia dan memantau kerja-kerja kontraktor luaran dan memastikan semua kerja yang dijalankan oleh kontraktor mematuhi Akta dan peraturan Bekalan Elektrik.

Keperluan

• Sijil Profesional Kejuruteraan Kuasa Elektrik.
• Penjaga Elektrik BO 11kv.
• Kemahiran teknikal dalam Pengisi Voltan Tinggi.

Job Description

• Develop, maintain and generate smart scope programs for use in inspection, verification of production materials for incoming, outgoing, FAI and in-process parts.
• Work closely with the QA team to measure, examine and test molded part to identify defects and non-conformance to specification.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

1. Ensuring on-site set up, installation, test task, maintenance, fabrication, repairing and servicing of machines and or equipment are done according to schedule or when needed.
2. Monitoring, controlling and adjusting the machines and equipment for better quality, productivity and production line effectiveness.
3. Maintaining, up-keeping, repairing the amenities and facilities in the factories.
