The Business Area:

The Platform Control and Support function within the Global Operating Platform plays a pivotal role in governing, assessing, enabling, and supporting change across the investment operational platform. A dedicated team, the Mandate and Broker Control team plays a critical governance, oversight and facilitation role during broker onboarding, Client/Fund mandate and Fund implementation, and ongoing change events. Sitting within Platform Control and Support, the team will assess all new Mandate and Broker change requests taking into the operational service catalogue, operational controls, compliance requirements, and data integrity. Partnering with key stakeholders across the business, the team will need to leverage their sound knowledge of fund accounting, asset management, and custody operations, to coordinate the introduction of new Client and Fund mandates in a seamless and efficient fashion. Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Management

• Act as a central point of contact between the Investment, Client Group, Legal, Compliance, Brokers, and Custodians for onboarding and change-related queries or incidents.

Roles & Responsibilities

The Airspace Mobility Solutions (AMS) business, part of the Global Business Unit Land and Air Systems, is providing leading edge Air Traffic Management (ATM), Unmanned Traffic Management (UTM), Security and Digital Aviation solutions for the Commercial and Defence sectors.

The AMS business manages 11% of the world’s airspace and with revenues of over 500 million Euros worldwide, is the global market leader in airspace management solutions. In Singapore, the business focus is the delivery and support of two key ATM solutions including TopSKY-ATC(HE) and LORADS-III.

This role will initially support the LIII program.

Role Description

The Integration, Verification, Validation, and Qualification Manager (IVVQM) is responsible for defining and executing the IV&V strategy to ensure that the overall solution satisfies all contractual, operational and regulatory requirements and is deemed fit for purpose. The IVVQM also provides direction, guidance, expert advice and mentoring to the IVV team to ensure that project IVV objectives and milestones are achieved in accordance with the approved schedule.

Responsibilities

• Define the Project IVV and Transition Strategy
• Develop and maintain the IVVQ Plan
• Define and monitor IVV KPIs and make recommendations on strategies to improve performance and productivity
• Proactively participate in Program Increment planning and backlog refinement including contributing to the effort estimation
• Lead IVV technical gate reviews both internal and with the Customer
• Contribute to the capitalisation and continuous improvement of IVV practices
• Identify risks and propose effective solution early to mitigate
• Actively participate in program configuration control boards (CCBs) and make defect priority recommendations
• Actively participate in technical working groups both internally and externally
• Actively participate in technical status reviews
• Promote knowledge sharing and ensuring that work is captured sufficiently for re-use across projects
• Provide support to bids, produce/review Engineering Cost estimates for any modification proposals to the functional baseline

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or other relevant qualification

Essential Experience

• Test Engineering experience in complex software centric safety critical based systems (7+ years).
• Experience in working in a multi-disciplinary engineering environment (2+ years)
• Solid knowledge and experience in Systems and Software Engineering lifecycles (eg. EIA632, ISO/IEC15288)
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders across a complex environment
• Solid experience in leading and mentoring multi-skilled engineering team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including Project, Engineering Delivery Managers, Product Owners, Technical Design Authorities, Speciality engineers and the engineering team.
• Collaboration tools including Jira, Confluence etc.
• Experience with the use of Requirement/Tests and Defects Management System

Desirable:

• Air Traffic Management domain expertise (inc. standards such as ICAO, Eurocontrol, AIDC)
• Experience in product delivery using agile methodologies like Lean methods (including PDCA, Kanban, Value-Stream Mapping); prior experience working Agile @ Scale framework is a bonus
• Programming/Scripting Languages; Java, C++, Ada, Python, Bash
• Experience working in a Linux/Unix development environment
• Solid experience in upskilling and training new engineers

Job Summary: 

The role is responsible for overseeing and strengthening the School’s risk management and compliance framework, ensuring robust governance, effective internal controls and regulatory adherence across the School. The role reports to Director of Business Development on risk matters, while reporting to the CEO on compliance matters. 

The appointee will build and drive a strong risk and compliance culture across the School, facilitating Board-level reporting to ensure standards of governance, and partnering with leadership to proactively manage operational risks. 

Requirements: 

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Law, Compliance or related discipline. 

• At least 8 years of related experience.

• Proven ability to use initiative, assume responsibility for tasks and projects, and to resolve problems.

·      Familiar with ISO9001 and quality tools such as8D, QC tools, APQP, FMEA, Six Sigma, and QCC.

·      Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

·      Able to work well under pressure.

·      Familiar with hardware, software, FPGA, and mechanical development processes.

·      Knowledge of IPD processes; experience insetting up or implementing IPD is an advantage.
