Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Finance, ERP, or Warehouse system environments
• Experience supporting Finance and Warehouse operational workflows
• Hands-on involvement in system enhancement, testing, and support activities

Functional & Technical Skills

• Good understanding of Finance and Warehouse business processes
• Experience with ERP or enterprise operational systems

• In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules;

The Procurement Specialist will handle sourcing and purchasing activities for our new Singapore site, work closely with cross-functional teams to help procure equipment, raw materials and indirect goods.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Logistics Executive (Inventory) is responsible for Inventory Management, including the movement of inventory from Inbound, Storage and Outbound. To ensure that established Inventory Management processes are followed both in the ERP/WMS systems and physical process. Job Description

Inventory Management:

·      Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels
