In this role, you will play an important part in safeguarding patients' mobility and quality of life through diabetic foot screenings, patient education, and timely referrals to healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct diabetic foot screenings and assess patients for potential risk factors and complications.

Requirements

• Min. O Levels / NITEC / Diploma
• WSQ Higher Certificate in Therapy Services will be an advantage, though not compulsory.
• Service-oriented with a genuine interest in patient care and health education.
• Strong interpersonal, listening and communication skills.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Comfortable working independently as well as within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to travel between healthcare facilities and work on Saturdays as part of a 5.5-day work week.
