·      Lead feature planning and prioritization processes based on user feedback, business impact, technical complexity, and regulatory compliance.

·      Collaborate with stakeholders to develop product roadmaps and success metrics, regularly monitoring performance against benchmarks. 

·      Ensure comprehensive status reporting to senior leadership and maintain centralized project documentation.

·      Evaluate and prioritize problems based on user impact, business value, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment.

·      Facilitate daily scrum standups and agile ceremonies, partnering with end users to establish criteria for sprint deliverables.

·      Conduct gap analyses between vendor solutions and product requirements, identifying integration challenges and potential technical debt implications.

Qualifications:

·      You should have a good Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field as well as relevant certifications in Agile Scrum Master, Product Management, or equivalent recognized project/product management.

·      Ideally, you should come with a minimum of 7+ years of product management experience with some exposure to Finance ERP platforms.

·      Experiences with digital transformation initiatives are a must, preferably in government or highly regulated environments.

·      Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into system functionality and excellent communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders at all levels are crucial to the success of this role 

·      Any prior experiences in the financial space will be highly regarded.

•        Multi-Cloud Platforms: Expert-level proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google CloudPlatform (GCP) with hands-on experience across compute, storage, networking, security, and managed services

•        Operating Systems: Advanced expertise in both Linux (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, Amazon Linux) and Windows Server administration (2016, 2019, 2022, 2025) with deep troubleshooting capabilities

•        Patch Management: Extensive experience with enterprise patch management using AWS Systems Manager, Azure Update Management, WSUS, SCCM, and YUM/DNF

•        Security Hardening: Strong background in CIS Benchmark implementation, security remediation, and compliance frameworks (IM8, SOC 2, ISO 27001)

•        Infrastructure as Code: Proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, AWS CloudFormation, ARM templates, and GitOps practices

•        Container Technologies: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Amazon ECS/EKS, Azure AKS, Google GKE, and container orchestration

•        ITIL& ITSM: Deep understanding of ITIL v3/v4 processes with hands-on experience using ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ITSM platforms
