Responsibilities:
- Serve as main POC to update and relay information to Project Team
- Assist in scheduling user appointments and onboarding sessions
- Assist in distributing communications / announcements to users
Primary purpose:
- Raise SR for accounts and devices maintenance
- Track and monitor status of submitted SRs
- Follow up with relevant team to ensure timely fulfilment of SR
- Maintain proper documentation of SR activities
- Coordinate with other teams to fulfil SRs
- Network Management- Working Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, NTP configuration, TCP / IP networking
- Ability to diagnose and resolve simple network access problem (such as e-mail, dial-in, surfing etc) by performing network troubleshooting (such as ping, telnet, ipconfig, nslookup etc)
- At least 2 years of working experience in the Information Technology industry in the areas of network implementation & support
