• Perform data preparation, validation of outputs, and integration of AI capabilities into business and application workflows

Key Responsibilities – Cloud & AWS (Depth Required)

• Work with delivery teams on AWS-based applications and data platforms
• Engage with cloud architecture, service configurations, integrations, and dependencies
• Contribute to discussions on scalability, security, performance, and cost optimization
• Hands-on AWS experience is required; surface-level or purely theoretical exposure is insufficient

Key Responsibilities – Automation & Backend Integration

• Identify and design opportunities for process and workflow automation
• Design and build Power Automate flows, including triggers and integrations
• Support automation across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Apps, and data sources
• Work with Node.js-based services for API integrations, middleware logic, or backend support
• Ability to read, modify, and develop lightweight Node.js services to support application workflows

Delivery & Quality

• Work closely with project managers, developers, and architects throughout delivery
• Support Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models
• Support UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution
• Perform impact analysis for changes and enhancements
• Ensure alignment with security, data governance, and compliance standards

Required Experience & Capability

• 5–8 years of experience in Business Analysis or similar technical roles
• Strong background in application services and platform-based solutions
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with AI, data, cloud, automation, and backend integrations
• Comfortable operating in delivery environments where outcomes matter more than documentation
• 3+ years of work experience with AI for Business Analysis
• 3+ years of work experience with AI for Data Analysis

Make an Impact by:

• Lead analyst in development and deployment of analytical solutions leveraging large datasets from telco systems and the Big Data Lake to deliver actionable insights.  
• Own end-to-end analytics projects from data engineering and modelling to analysis and visualization.
• Drive analytics use cases across mobile and broadband networks. Manage ad-hoc requests from business units with speed and precision.
• Synthesize and present insights from network data in clear, business-oriented reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Design, Develop, Build, Test and Deploy Web application/ frontend dashboard and integration with data source and APIs.  
• Explore and pilot new use cases including 5G, IoT, roaming, user mobility and operational intelligence, translating emerging opportunities into tangible business value.  Support complex use cases involving mobility, location mapping, usage and network experience.
• Design and create best-in-class business dashboards and other performance reports leveraging advanced analytical tools and data cube models to support regular meeting and business decision making/planning.
• Train, build, validate, test, deploy, maintain, improve and fine-tune the models and algorithms.
• Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders including business, technical, project management and operations to design and implement the solution.   
• Adopt and implement the industry standards and best practise of analytics project methodologies such as CRISP-DM for data mining, or similar.
• Continuously optimize and explore the new technology through R&D and trial/PoC for advanced analytics capabilities.
• Build and maintain low code and pro code dashboard or analytics web application.
  

Skills for Success:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Data Analytics, Business Analytics with 6 years of hands-on development experience.
• Hands on experience in analytics projects and business analysis.
• Experience in handling large volume of datasets.
• Experience in mobile network protocols and signalling.
• Analytical methods such as statistical modeling, data-story telling and analytics/insight presentation skillsets.
• Experience in making Business/Data Analytics Dashboard using Business Intelligence Tool such as Tableau. Power BI.
• Experience in Python, Spark programming, SQL, shell script and UNIX commands.
• Experience building responsive web interfaces.
• Familiar with Python, Django and web development framework

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Be familiar with user research methods and have the capability to turn large research studies into actionable insights.   

• Drive design/usability audits and heuristic evaluations.  

• Visualize, design and conceptualize the user experience.  

• Present concepts and UX solutions as compelling stories to clients.  

• Have great communication and presentation skills, be an active listener and be able to represent the users’ needs as well as gather user requirements.  

• Lead co-creation & journey mapping sessions. Possess a solid understanding of design research methodologies.  

• Create detailed wireframes, define interaction specifications and build clickable prototypes. 

• Mentor and advice junior designers 

YOUR PROFILE 

You are passionate about new technologies, digital innovations, and design. You might be working in large teams or as an individual contributor; however, you have a fair understanding of Agile environments. 

You would be excited about taking on challenges of client projects and would be willing to initiate UX design activities in such work environments. 

You are also curious about how AI is changing the digital design space, and have actively explored and picked up relevant skills and tools. 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Multimedia, Information Architecture, Human Computer Interaction, Instructional or Graphic Design, or a related field. 

• At least 4-6 years of experience in the field of UXUI, product design 

• Understanding of motion design, HTML, CSS and other technical platforms. 

• Knowledge of design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and/or other design tools 

• Experience leveraging on AI tools for UX research and UI design work e.g. Figma Make, Claude, ChatGPT, Replit, GitHub Copilot, etc. 

• Experience designing digital experiences web and mobile platforms. 

• Experience in agile development processes. 

• Good communication skills and the ability to present your designs to clients and teams. 

• Demonstrated ability to oversee project timelines and ensure deliverables are met according to schedule 

• Skilled in managing client relationships and engaging with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to guarantee alignment and successful outcomes
