Accounts Assistant (Fullset) (x1)
Job Duties:
To be part of the team responsible for accurate Accounting function
Perform fullset accounting duties in AR/GL/Cashbook
Ensure timely payment for vendors
Process staff expense claims weekly
Assist in month-endclosing reports
Assist in accounting schedules for audit purpose
Assist in covering for Senior Accounts Executive duties during her absence
Support some admin function
Documentation filing for Accounts Dept
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Nitec/HigherNitec/Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
At least 2 year ofrelevant working experience
Strong MS Officeskills (Outlook, Excel)
Good working attitude,with initiative
Able to work with minimum supervision and multi-task
Detail-Oriented and Meticulous
Can commit to working late at times when needed
Only Singaporean & SPR
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm
Probation Period: Six (6) months
