Job Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all M&E engineering activities in construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications,approved drawings, and project timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead tender preparation,including BOQs, pricing, and tender reports.

· Conduct take-offs andquantity calculations.

· Manage risk assessment andtender compliance.

· Coordinate with project teams,clients, and subcontractors.

· Ensure tender submissions areaccurate and compliant.

· Develop and mentor junior QSstaff in tendering.

Requirements:

· Degree in Quantity Surveying orequivalent.

· 5-8 years of QS experience intendering with 2 years in a leading role.

· Strong track record in tendermanagement and winning projects.

· Experience with Public andPrivate Residential Housing project, Institutional projects.

· Excellent leadership,communication, and tender management skills.
· Candidates with Professional QS certification will be an advantage.

• Collaborate with project teams to design and develop efficient mechanical and electrical solutions
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of M&E systems to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ongoing M&E operations
• Prepare detailed reports, drawings, and documentation to support project deliverables
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to coordinate project activities
• Continuously explore opportunities to optimise M&E systems and enhance energy efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in M&E design, project coordination, or system integration
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical installations
• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents
• Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
