Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the daily execution of civil or electrical works at the project site, ensuring compliance with design specifications, standards, and quality requirements.
2. Act as the primary liaison between the project management team, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project progress.
3. Ensure that all works comply with the Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Health (QESH) requirements as outlined in the project manual.
4. Maintain accurate records of site activities, materials, inspections, and progress reports.
5. Ensure all activities align with Environmental, Safety, and Health regulations and policies, identifying and mitigating risks.
6. Provide technical solutions to on-site challenges and escalate complex issues to the relevant managers.
7. Monitor construction activities such as foundations, structures, drainage systems, and landscaping (Civil).
8. Verify materials, workmanship, and site conditions to ensure compliance with project specifications.
9. Interpret and implement construction drawings and coordinate the work to align with planned timelines.
10. Conduct inspections for formworks, rebar installation, and concrete pouring (Civil).
11. Ensure all civil works meet the required standards and are inspected and approved before proceeding to the next stage (Civil).
12. Oversee the installation of switchgear, transformers, cables, and earthing systems for substation projects (Electrical).
13. Ensure compliance with design, specifications, and relevant codes.
14. Assist in testing, calibration, and commissioning of electrical equipment and systems (Electrical).
15. Maintain records of electrical works, including test results, inspections, and progress updates (Electrical).
16. Collaborate with other disciplines (civil and mechanical) to ensure the seamless integration of electrical systems with overall project objectives.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Educational Qualifications:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional certifications are an advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum 0–2 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in substation or infrastructure projects.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of civil or electrical engineering principles.
• Familiarity with substation systems, components, and construction methods.
• Ability to identify and resolve on-site technical and operational issues efficiently.

Pengurus Gudang bertanggungjawab terhadap kepimpinan keseluruhan, perancangan strategik dan

Tanggungjawab

Kepimpinan & Pengurusan Pasukan

• Memimpin, mengurus dan membangunkan pasukan gudang untuk mencapai prestasi dan
• kecemerlangan operasi.
• Menyediakan bimbingan, latihan dan pengurusan prestasi bagi memastikan
• pembangunan kakitangan.

Pengurusan Operasi Gudang

• Mengawasi semua operasi gudang harian termasuk penerimaan, penyimpanan, pengambilan, pembungkusan dan pengedaran.
• Memastikan penyelarasan aktiviti logistik masuk dan keluar berjalan lancar.
• Memantau prestasi operasi dan melaksanakan penambahbaikan untuk meningkatkan kecekapan dan produktiviti.

Kawalan & Perancangan Inventori

• Memastikan ketepatan rekod inventori yang tinggi dan melaksanakan prosedur kawalan inventori yang mantap.
• Pantau tahap stok dan bekerjasama dengan pasukan Jualan dan Perolehan untuk perancangan permintaan dan penambahan semula.
• Menjalankan audit stok secara berkala dan rawak untuk mengekalkan integriti inventori.

Penambahbaikan & Strategi Proses

• Membangun, menyemak dan menambah baik SOP, aliran kerja dan sistem gudang untuk mengoptimumkan operasi.
• Memacu inisiatif penambahbaikan berterusan untuk mengurangkan kos, menambah baik masa penyelesaian dan meningkatkan kecekapan.

Logistik & Penyelarasan Pihak Berkepentingan

Keperluan Utama

• Diploma atau Ijazah dalam Pengurusan Gudang, Logistik, Pentadbiran Perniagaan atau bidang berkaitan.
• Minimum 5–8 tahun pengalaman gudang yang berkaitan, dengan sekurang-kurangnya 2–3 tahun dalam peranan pengurusan atau penyeliaan.
• Pengalaman kepimpinan yang terbukti dalam menguruskan operasi gudang dan pasukan.
• Pengetahuan yang kukuh tentang pengurusan inventori, logistik dan amalan terbaik gudang.
• Kemahiran komunikasi yang cemerlang dalam Bahasa Inggeris dan Bahasa Melayu (bertulis dan bertutur).
• Mahir dalam Microsoft Office, terutamanya Excel (analisis/pelaporan data).

• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), and ISO 45001 (Health and Safety) standards, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Supervise and conduct tests on civil or electrical systems to ensure functionality and compliance with design specifications.
• Identify risks related to electrical activities and implement preventive and corrective measures.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Educational Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field from a recognized institution.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in civil or electrical engineering within the construction industry, preferably in substation, power plant, or electrical infrastructure projects.
• Experience with substation building construction or related electrical infrastructure projects is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of working on large-scale construction projects, including project management, design review, and site supervision.

Skills:

• Strong technical knowledge in civil or electrical engineering principles, systems, and best practices.
• Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or other engineering software).
