RESPONSIBILITIES

The role of Operations Executive (OE) is to assist the Operations Manager (OM) in the strategic management of Fernvale Gardens School's environment (estate, facilities, resources, processes), school safety and security, risk management, health matters and emergency preparedness processes. Areas of focus for the OE include but not limited to the following:

• Execute daily operational processes and ensure smooth running of school operations
• Coordinate vendors and follow up on maintenance, services and issues
• Track and report operational data (e.g. incidents, faults, compliance)
