We are looking for a friendly, organised and dependable Visit Management Officer to join our Lion Heartlanders team in supporting daily visitor operations, booking administration and tour coordination at a gallery.

In this role, you will help ensure every visit is well planned, safe and smoothly managed, from the point of enquiry through to the completion of each gallery tour.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to visitor enquiries via hotline, email and booking platforms.
• Manage visitor registrations, booking details and required security clearances.
• Maintain accurate tour schedules, visitor records and operational documentation.
• Coordinate the arrival, departure and movement of tour groups to ensure a smooth visitor experience.
• Conduct daily opening and closing of gallery.
• Conduct daily system checks and maintain operational logs.
• Issue, collect and keep track of gallery equipment.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and ad-hoc visitor reports.
• Brief visitors on gallery rules, expected conduct and security procedures.
• Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to support safe and efficient visitor operations.
• Attend all training sessions.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level, including English.
• Experience in visitor services, gallery or museum operations, hospitality, events or customer service will be an advantage.
• Experience in office administration, including usage of excel and preparation of reports.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and a Mother Tongue language.
• Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Able to remain professional and attentive when working with diverse visitor groups.

Main Responsibilities:

• Personal driver to Chairman for official business and personal appointments
• Provide chauffeur services to Chairman’s wife and family members
• Provide chauffeur services to Chairman’s guests as and when required
• Assist with administrative or personal errands for the Chairman when required (e.g. document collection, parcel delivery, or simple purchases).
• Upkeep the cleanliness and maintenance of vehicles

• Keep track of the regular servicing of the vehicles and ensure all safety requirements are met

• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Possess valid class 3 driving license with excellent safe driving skills and clean driving record
• Familiar with Singapore routes
• At least 2 years of relevant experience as a personal or corporate driver supporting senior management or executives is preferred.
• Good punctuality, patience, attendance and work ethic.

Responsibilities :

Team Leadership & Technical Direction

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers to deliver engineering solutions ensuring team capabilities align with customer expectations.
• Provide direction, expert advice, mentoring, and workflow management, including task prioritization and resource coordination, to achieve project objectives and milestones.
• Provide technical guidance to engineering teams in line with the agreed architecture, ensuring both effectiveness and adherence to customer requirements.

Project & Process Management

Support discipline managers in defining and tailoring applicable processes, practices, and tools for the project

• Manage customer scope in line with the approved baseline and schedule

Risk, Quality & Reporting

• Identify and assess risks, propose effective solutions, execute mitigation actions, and report on outcomes, cost savings, and residual risks
• Define and maintain metrics to monitor progress, measure performance, identify issues early, and support informed decision-making to ensure successful delivery

Prepare and lead monthly Technical and Financial Reviews (TFR) sessions and support the Work Package review process

Commercial & Bid Support

• Support bid activities and contribute to the preparation and review of engineering cost estimates for modification proposals to the functional baseline

Qualifications

·       Degree inEngineering, Computer Science, IT or other relevant qualification

Essential Experience

·       Solid experienceof managing the development of real time distributed complex software centricsolutions in a safety critical environment (10+ years)

·       A recognisedleader with solid experience in managing multi-skilled global engineering teamsand fostering a collaborative and productive work environment

·       Solid knowledgeand experience in Systems Engineering lifecycle (eg. EIA632, ISO/IEC15288)

·       Advancedanalytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage a wide rangeof stakeholders across a complex environment

·       Solid experiencein upskilling and training new engineers

·       Strongexperience using Earned Value Management, Work Package Control and reporting,with exposure to scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera etc.)

·       Financial /budgetary management of engineering work packages or tasks
