We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated professional to join our Structured Finance unit. Reporting to the Head of Structured Finance, the successful candidate will play a key role in origination, structuring, and syndication of private credit and high-yield transactions, with a focus on mid-cap corporates across APAC.

Responsibilities 
Origination & Client Coverage

• Identify and originate financing opportunities in the private credit and high-yield markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with mid-cap borrowers, private equity sponsors, private credit funds, and other market participants.
• Develop a consistent deal pipeline aligned with the bank's strategy and risk appetite.
  

Structuring & Transaction Management

• Lead the structuring of private credit and special situation solutions, including senior secured loans, mezzanine financing, bridge financing, and other high-yield structures.
• Prepare and negotiate indicative terms, credit proposals, financial models, and transaction documentation.
• Drive internal transaction approval processes through clear, well-reasoned credit submissions.

Syndication & Distribution

• Lead the distribution approach for each transaction, including bilateral placements, club formation, and selective sell-downs.
• Conduct focused outreach to partner banks and private credit lenders to gauge appetite and shape optimal transaction structure and economics.
• Coordinate information flow and lender engagement to support timely participation and smooth execution.
• Maintain and expand a network of lending partners to enable efficient club formation and enhance overall transaction outcomes.

Market & Portfolio Insights

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing benchmarks, sector developments, and investor appetite.
• Provide strategic insights to senior management on competitive dynamics and new origination opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related discipline; postgraduate qualifications or professional certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus.
• Minimally 7 years of relevant experience in leveraged finance, private credit, DCM, structured lending, loan trading, or related fields within a bank, credit fund, or investment institution.
• Proven track record of originating or executing private credit or syndicated financing transactions.
• Strong understanding of loan structuring principles, credit analysis, and execution process.
• Established network with sponsors, corporates, and financial intermediaries.

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and driven Data Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust data pipelines and architectures that support business analytics and data science initiatives. As a Data Engineer, you will work closely with data analysts, AI engineers, and other teams to ensure the efficient flow of data across the organization and enable data-driven decision-making. The role requires strong technical expertise in data systems, databases, and cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable data pipelines to collect, process, and store large volumes of data from various sources.

Job Summary

The Credit Administration Officer is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support in the processing and management of credit facilities. This role ensures that all credit documentation, approvals, and disbursements are executed accurately and in compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk control standards

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Facility, Letters, loan agreements, and security documentation in accordance with the approved credit terms and Bank’s policies

• Ensure all pre-disbursement conditions are fulfilled and documentation complies with approval terms before credit facilities implementation

• Liaise with Business Units, Relationship Managers, and external parties(Legal counsel, Valuers, and Insurers on documentation, execution, and any credit related matters

• Implement and maintain credit facility limits in the system with high accuracy

• Maintain proper records of credit documentation and ensure completeness of transaction files

• Dissemination post loan credit monitoring reports and other credit related reports to Business Units and Credit Risk teams

• Perform periodic risk control self-assessments andensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Finance , Banking , Business Administration ,or a related field

• Minimum 3years of relevant experience in Credit Admin and Legal Documentation review within a commercial or corporate banking environment.

• Functional knowledge of property financing, trade finance &/or treasury products is an advantage

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the bank's security posture across on-premises and cloud environments. This role focuses on safeguarding the network perimeter and cloud infrastructure, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of critical financial systems while adhering to stringent regulatory security standards.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain security architecture across both on-premises and cloud platforms, applying zero-trust principles and defense-in-depth strategies..
• Configure and manage enterprise-grade security equipment, including Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW), Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS), WAFs, CDN and proxy.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate security vulnerabilities and threats within the network and cloud infrastructure through regular scanning and monitoring.
• Collaborate with network and infrastructure teams to enforce network security policies, implement network segmentation (micro-segmentation), and manage secure access controls.

We are seeking a seasoned Core Banking Engineer with over 7 years of hands-on experience in Temenos T24 and TDH to lead and manage our core banking transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in T24 upgrade and migration, loans and deposits, SWIFT and FAST payments, FX and credit limit and collateral management. This role combines strategic leadership with technical depth to ensure robust, scalable, and compliant core banking operations.

Responsibilities

Core Banking Strategy

• Assist the core banking team in planning, designing, and implementing enhancements and migrations within the Temenos T24 ecosystem.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align core banking capabilities with strategic objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in core banking processes and technologies.

Technical and Operational Oversight

• Architect and oversee T24 upgrades, module implementations, and data migrations.

• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex banking projects.
• Familiarity with MAS regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.

Preferred Skills:

• T24 Technical Certification or equivalent.

The role involves conducting compliance assurance reviews, control testing, and root cause analysis to identify control weaknesses, compliance gaps, and recurring risk themes. This position supports continuous improvement initiatives by working closely with business and risk stakeholders to strengthen controls, enhance risk culture, and promote sustainable compliance outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent compliance assurance reviews over business processes, controls, and assurance activities to assess adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and governance standards.
• Execute audit‑style testing procedures, including walkthroughs, sample testing, evidence validation, and documentation review, to identify control deficiencies, compliance gaps, and areas of conduct risk.
