• Account Manager Enablement: Establish and maintain centralized repositories for standard API documents and customer questionnaires to ensure Account Managers (AMs) are fully prepared.

• Technical Onboarding Coordination: Translate customer questionnaire information into standardized templates, accurately raising Change Requests (CRs) in JIRA with appropriate labeling to the Tech team to streamline the process and minimize manual work.

• Resource Advocacy: Actively participate in bi-weekly Tech CR prioritization meetings to advocate for and secure required technical resources for projects.

• Integration & Setup Management: Develop and manage generic setup guides and platform-specific integration processes (e.g., Shopify, Shopcada email processes). Co-manage specialized settings (e.g., enabling ATL, ODD) during critical New Product Introduction (NPI) phases.

• Post-Launch Hypercare: Lead the mandatory 2-week post-go-live "hypercare" period as dedicated co-support with the AM to ensure a smooth transition to business-as-usual (BAU), with authority to proactively extend the period based on project complexities.

• Project Go-Live Communication: Communicate go-live statuses, starting dates, and specific service scopes for new accounts and projects to all relevant internal stakeholders during weekly or ad-hoc meetings.

Requirememts

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field preferred; or equivalent combination of work experience.

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and relationship-focused Sales Account Manager to join our growing team in the Oil & Gas sector. This role is ideal for someone with experience in industrial telecommunications, security systems, or network infrastructure, particularly within onshore and/or offshore Oil & Gas environments.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Preferred Experience

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in one or both of the following areas:

1. Telecommunications / Security Systems Experience
Experience in industrial telecommunications systems, including:

• Security Systems (CCTV, Access Control Systems, Fence Intrusion Detection, Barriers, etc.)
• Network Systems (Network Switches, Wi-Fi, Radio Communication, Industrial Networking, etc.)

2. Offshore Oil & Gas Experience

• Experience working with offshore Oil & Gas projects, offshore platforms, marine/offshore environments, or related industries.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development within relevant industries.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Dynamic, proactive, and customer-focused personality.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with technical teams, vendors, and customers.

Advantageous Experience

• Experience serving Oil & Gas clients (onshore and/or offshore).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify, target and onboard clients in the IT / Construction / General sectors with business loan or equipment financing requirements.

• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals and site visits.

• Conduct detailed needs analysis to match financial products to client needs.

• Maintain and grow a pipeline of qualified opportunities and achieving monthly loan disbursal targets.

• Work closely with credit and risk teams to ensure smooth loan processing and client satisfaction.
