Job Summary
Responsible for strengthening and maintaining a consistent Quality Management System across affiliates in the Asian region, while coordinating with global, regional, and local stakeholders to ensure effective implementation and operational alignment.

Key Accountabilities
1)      Design and oversee risk-based GMP/GDP audit programs covering Asian LA (Sales sites and Manufacturing sites) 

2)      Review and approve local SOPs to ensure alignment with PIC/S GMP and Global SOPs. 

3)      Design and deliver regional QA training programs (including not only QA-related skill development but also career development program such as organizational management and mindset-building skills) and evaluate training effectiveness for Asian LA (Sales sites and Manufacturing sites). 

4)      Establishment and monitoring of common quality related KPIs for Asian LA (Sales sites and Manufacturing sites), and lead continuous improvement activities (e.g. Leading Asian Management Review Meeting) utilizing these KPIs.

5)      Oversee introduction and operation of GMP-related computerized systems owned by Global Quality for Asian LA (Sales sites and Manufacturing sites)

6)      Identification of QA related challenges and indication of solutions through establishment and operation of regular/ad-hoc communication with QA members in Asian LA (Sales Sites and Manufacturing Sites)

7)      Ensure effective end-to-end change management across manufacturing, regulatory, and supply chain functions. 

8)      Lead quality issue management, including deviations, complaints, supply impact assessment, and recall risk escalation. 

9)      Operation of the RHQ organization, including setting and managing team policies and objectives; securing and developing resources required for business execution; establishing opportunities for communication with stakeholders; planning and implementing operational improvements; and maintaining and improving the workplace environment.

Qualifications / Required

• Master’s degree in pharmacy, physics, or chemistry. Pharmacist license is preferred.
• Extensive experience in GMP/GDP audits, including CAPA review and effectiveness evaluation. 
• Strong understanding of PIC/S GMP, ICH Q7, ICH Q9, and ICH Q10 and QA operation experience (more than 15 years)
• Experience as a QA lead during regulatory inspections. 
• Ability to design risk-based audit and quality KPI frameworks. 
• Proven capability in SOP harmonization and document control using globalized computerized systems. 
• Experience in QA training design, auditor development, and training effectiveness evaluation (e.g., Kirkpatrick model).

Role Summary

The IT Service Governance, Quality and Improvement Manager is responsible for establishing and governing the operational control framework for IT support services across the project. • Monitor compliance with asset management procedures and identify discrepancies, duplicates, missing records, and control gaps.

6) Stakeholder Engagement and Enablement (10%)

Job Description:

• Work as a team to create and implement comprehensive quality assurance plans that outline the processes and procedures for ensuring quality throughout the product lifecycle, from design to manufacturing to delivery.
• Conduct internal and external audits to assess the effectiveness of quality control procedures and identify areas for improvement.
• When quality issues are identified, work to determine the root cause of the problem, develop corrective actions, and monitor their implementation to ensure they are effective.
• Ensure that company's products and services meet relevant industry standards and regulations, including standards like NADCAP.
• Provide training and awareness programs for employees on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance quality and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure that their products and services meet the required quality standards.

Requirement:

• Min Degree in Engineering
• Min 3 years of experience in certifying staff and lead QA activities

Job Summary

The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure that products, services, and daily operations comply with company standards, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines. The role involves implementing quality procedures, conducting inspections, resolving quality issues, and supporting continuous improvement across the organisation.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies, procedures, inspection standards, and compliance processes.

• Monitor daily operations to ensure adherence to company quality standards, client requirements, and approved work procedures.

• Conduct regular quality checks, audits, and inspections to identify defects, non-compliance issues, and areas for improvement.

• Prepare and review quality reports, inspection records, corrective action reports, audit documents, and compliance documentation.

• Coordinate with operations, production, warehouse, and management teams to resolve quality-related issues effectively.

• Investigate customer complaints, service issues, product defects, or operational quality concerns and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

• Train and guide staff on quality standards, inspection methods, safety procedures, hygiene requirements, and proper work practices.

• Ensure all materials, products, services, and completed works meet approved specifications before delivery or completion.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits, inspections, internal reviews, and regulatory compliance purposes.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce defects, minimise service issues, and maintain consistent quality.

• Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal departments to communicate quality requirements, performance standards, and improvement actions.

• Enforce workplace safety, hygiene, and operational standards consistently across relevant work areas.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Relevant experience in quality assurance, quality control, operations, production, logistics, warehouse, or service management.

• Knowledge of ISO standards, workplace safety procedures, audit practices, quality documentation, or compliance requirements will be an advantage.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.

• Able to work independently and manage quality issues professionally.

• Good attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.

• Able to coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, clients, and management to achieve quality objectives.
