What to expect:

• Lead procurement for development project contracts, ensuring processes comply with Government Instruction Manuals and internal financial and procurement regulations.
• Collaborate with project teams to plan and secure timely procurement for development initiatives.
• Draft, review, and refine tender structures, contractual terms, and requirement specifications for information and communications technology systems, products, and services.
• Advise project teams on government procurement policies, specification requirements, and compliance matters while supporting project objectives.
• Monitor contracts and vendor performance, manage service delivery against contractual obligations, and implement variations or technology refresh where required.
• Identify procurement risks, support internal and external audits, oversee project reporting and timelines.

Who we are looking for:

• Possesses minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy with 2 years of experience in procurement of Cloud, Software as a Service (SaaS), and/or AGILE projects.
• Good analytical, organization and planning skills. 
• Meticulous and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end procurement support including sourcing, tendering, evaluation, contracting, and contract management

• Ensure materials and services purchased meet user specifications and operational requirements
• Monitor supplier performance (quality, delivery, pricing) and ensure standards are met
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
• Coordinate with Finance on payment and invoice-related matters
• Conduct market research to understand supplier landscape and pricing trends
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and internal procedures

Job Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or related field
• Minimum 2–5 years of procurement experience in logistics or engineering industry
• Strong understanding of sourcing, vendor management, and procurement processes
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
