Job Description
- Assist in all purchasing work, checking delivery order, Incoming invoices and pricing
- Researching and identifying potential suppliers or vendors
- Negotiating terms and conditions, including price, delivery schedules, and quality standards, with suppliers
- Creating purchase orders, track orders and ensuring timely delivery of goods or services include overseas purchases, shipment and etc....
- Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, evaluating their performance, and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs and requirements, and developing procurement plans and strategies to meet those needs
- Maintaining adequate inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing excess inventory and associated costs
- Maintaining accurate records of procurement transactions, contracts, and supplier information, and preparing reports on purchasing activities, performance metrics, and cost savings
Job Requirement
- Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain Management / Procurement or related field
- Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed to interact with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and other members of the organization effectively
- Proficient in MS Office
- The ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
- Ability to work within a team and cultivate professional relationships within the team and with the vendors
