About the Company

Our client is an established healthcare diagnostics organisation supporting Singapore and APAC export markets within a regulated IVD / medical devices environment. The team works closely with regional sales, headquarters supply chain, finance, quality, logistics partners, and channel partners to ensure smooth business continuity and customer satisfaction.

Compensation Package: Approximately S$110,000 to S$130,000 per annum, including base salary and performance bonus.
 

Role Overview

The Operations Manager will oversee end-to-end operational execution for the Singapore and APAC export business. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate system data, reliable supply, inventory control, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement across Singapore and channel partner markets.

The successful candidate should be strong in order management, supply chain coordination, stakeholder engagement, and operations leadership within the healthcare diagnostics, IVD, medical devices, or regulated healthcare industry.
 

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational execution for Singapore and APAC export / channel partner markets, ensuring smooth order fulfilment, supply coordination, and business continuity.

• Manage CRM and ERP systems to ensure accurate and timely updates of order, inventory, service, and operational data.

• Maintain data integrity across operational systems to support reporting, forecasting, audit readiness, and management decision-making.

• Work closely with Sales teams and HQ Supply Chain to align monthly forecasts, improve demand visibility, and support accurate monthly closing.

• Act as the key operational liaison between local teams, headquarters, distributors, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders.

• Monitor and manage supply issues, back-orders, and potential shortages, ensuring timely communication and mitigation actions.

• Review inventory levels for Singapore and export markets, including safety stock, slow-moving stock, expiring inventory, and channel partner stock levels.

• Ensure compliance with GDPMDS and other applicable regulatory, quality, and audit requirements.

• Lead audit preparation and coordination, including documentation readiness, inspection support, corrective actions, and follow-up activities.

• Review current workflows and develop or improve SOPs to enhance operational efficiency, delivery smoothness, and cost effectiveness.

• Partner with Finance, Quality, Sales, Logistics, and external distributors to resolve operational issues and support customer satisfaction.

• Lead and guide the operations support team, including coaching, performance tracking, and individual development planning.

• Support office-wide and corporate initiatives where required, including internal governance, administrative coordination, HR policy updates, and employee insurance matters.

• Travel regionally when required to support business, operational, and channel partner needs.
   

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in customer service, order management, supply chain operations, or commercial operations.

• Prior experience in the IVD, medical devices, healthcare diagnostics, life sciences, or regulated healthcare industry is highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes, order management workflows, supply planning, and inventory management.

• Hands-on experience with CRM and ERP systems such as SAGE, SAP, Salesforce / SFDC, or similar platforms.

• Good working knowledge of supply chain coordination, distributor operations, back-order management, and demand forecasting.

• Familiarity with GDPMDS, quality management systems, audit preparation, or regulated industry compliance is advantageous.

• Strong Excel skills are required; proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI will be an advantage.

• Project management or process improvement experience is preferred.

• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across sales, supply chain, finance, quality, logistics, and external partners.

Duties:

• Daily manpower planning to ensure operation excellence in a cost-effective manner and to fulfil contractual obligations.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand operational needs in order to plan/forecast the necessary resources required.

Project Manager/Officer

Location: Singapore

The purpose of this position is to manage key strands of HD Asia-Pacific’s inter-state conflict prevention portfolio, with primary responsibility for the planning, implementation and coordination of selected projects and activities.

Key responsibilities would include:

·       Manage the day-to-day implementation of selected inter-state conflict prevention projects and activities, ensuring that workplans, timelines, budgets, deliverables and reporting requirements are met.

The position is based in Singapore with the successful candidate being permitted to work from home/Hybrid. Some domestic and international travel is expected. This position would report to the Deputy Regional Director for HD’s Asia-Pacific region.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee and manage all leasing matters for the Company’s food court, coffee shop, and F&B operations. The role involves sourcing and evaluating suitable retail spaces, negotiating tenancy terms, managing landlord relationships, handling leasing documentation, and supporting the Company’s business expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify suitable locations for new food court, coffee shop, and F&B concepts.
• Conduct market research and site analysis, including footfall, surrounding competition, rental trends, and business potential.
• Liaise and negotiate with landlords, property agents, and mall management on lease terms, renewals, and tenancy matters.
• Review tenancy agreements and ensure compliance with lease terms and business requirements.
• Monitor lease expiry dates and manage timely renewals, relocations, or exit plans.
• Work closely with Management on leasing strategies, site selection, rental negotiations, and business expansion planning to support the Company’s growth and operational needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, agents, and external stakeholders.
• Handle tenancy disputes, rental revisions, and leasing-related matters.
• Support Management in expansion planning, site acquisition, and strategic business growth.
• Maintain proper records and documentation of lease agreements, negotiations, site visits, and tenancy matters.
• Follow up closely on pending approvals, handovers, and leasing matters to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate and follow up on outlet setup approvals, licence applications, renewals, and compliance matters with relevant authorities and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must possess proven leasing experience in food courts, coffee shops, or similar F&B retail environments, with a good understanding of the operational and business requirements of such setups.
• Good understanding of tenancy agreements, lease structures, and rental negotiation practices.
• Good knowledge of Singapore’s retail and F&B leasing market.
• Experience in site sourcing, location analysis, and expansion planning will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Must be proficient in handling leasing paperwork, documentation, tenancy agreements, and record-keeping with strong attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.

Language Requirements

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written, for business communication, tenancy negotiations, and documentation.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an advantage to liaise with Mandarin-speaking landlords, agents, contractors, and stakeholders where required.
• Ability to communicate in additional dialects or languages will be an added advantage.
