We are seeking a seasoned professional with deep industry expertise and strong knowledge of the Singapore public sector landscape to design and deliver impactful, high-value solutions for our clients. The Enterprise Architect will be responsible for designing and governing enterprise-wide technology architecture aligned with business goals. This role will define architecture standards, assess solution fit, and ensure systems, processes, and platforms integrate effectively across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks, roadmaps, and standards.

• Align business strategy, digital transformation plans, and IT architecture.

• Evaluate current-state systems and define target-state architecture.

• Guide application, data, infrastructure, and integration architecture decisions.

• Ensure solutions comply with architecture principles, governance, and security requirements.

• Collaborate with business leaders, project teams, and technical stakeholders on solution design.

• Support architecture reviews, technology selection, and transformation planning.

• Identify opportunities for optimization, scalability, and modernization.

• Manage cloud-based digital twin environments on Azure and/or AWS.

Requirements:

• TOGAF certification is mandatory.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.

• More than 7 years of experience in enterprise architecture or related roles.

• Certification in Azure and/or AWS is required.

• Strong knowledge of cloud architecture, system integration, IoT platforms, and data-driven applications.

• Strong understanding of business architecture, application architecture, data architecture, and technology architecture.

• Experience in architecture governance, solution assessment, and strategic planning.

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Work Summary

• Salary: $2600 - $2800

• Work location: Kallang, Alexandra, Tuas

• Working hours: 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday

Provide frontline end-user support across devices, core productivity tools, and basic connectivity issues. Deliver fast resolution for common incidents/requests, execute onboarding/offboarding SOPs, and ensure clean ticket documentation and escalation.

Key responsibilities

• Handle Level 1 remote helpdesk tickets: password resets, access issues, device setup, basic application issues, and user how-to requests.

• Support end-user devices (PCs, laptops, mobile devices, printers) including basic diagnostics and peripheral checks. • Perform basic operating system support (Windows and macOS) and standard software installation/configuration (e.g., Microsoft Office).

• Configure user-side email, printers, and shared drive access; troubleshoot common Outlook profile and mailbox issues where applicable.

• Perform basic network troubleshooting on the endpoint side: LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity checks, IP conflicts, and VPN connectivity support.

• Run antivirus scans and conduct basic malware response steps; escalate security concerns per procedure.

• Support video conferencing tools (Microsoft Teams, Zoom) and basic meeting room user experience issues.

• Perform basic firewall/router checks such as reboot and health verification (no advanced configuration) when instructed and approved.

• Maintain IT asset tagging, inventory logging, and update records for device handovers.

• Log incidents accurately, follow ticketing discipline, and escalate to Level 2 or vendors with complete troubleshooting notes and evidence.

• Manage daily office operations, including reception, phone calls, emails, clients enquires and directors' calendar scheduling.
• Oversee admin workflows, ensuring timely processing of insurance policies, endorsements and documentations.
• Assist with HR-related projects, staff initiatives, and training coordination.
• Coord for marketing and branding projects, social media content and promotional campaigns.
• Assist management with reporting, scheduling and special projects as needed.

•  Proven experience in office management, admin, or operations support - preferably in insurance or financial services sector.
