• Support new site implementation projects, including assisting with the design and build process and preparation of Invitation to Tender (ITT) documentation for design and build works.

• Coordinate and compile procurement documentation, track submissions, and liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders throughout the procurement process.
• Assist in asset and inventory management activities, including asset write-off, disposal coordination, and determining items for relocation to the new site.
• Support reinstatement and move-in activities by coordinating with vendors and contractors, monitoring project progress, and facilitating logistics to ensure a smooth transition and handover.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Estate Management, Facilities Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Prior experience in facilities or office management, procurement or contract administration, project coordination, or logistics and operations will be advantageous.
• Familiarity with government procurement processes, particularly ITT preparation, will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of lease management or tenancy-related documentation is preferred.
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to drive our business growth in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably with a deep understanding of the automotive market, and a passion for building strategic partnerships.
