Marketing Specialist
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and creative Marketing Specialist to support two core areas of our marketing function: Brand & Content and Events &Partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing creative work with project coordination and execution.
The Marketing Specialist will assist with market research, content development, copywriting, translation, campaign support, event coordination, and partnership activation. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities across a fast-paced marketing team.
Responsibilities
1) Brand & Content Support
- Conduct market, customer, competitor, and industry research to support brand and content strategies.
- Assist in planning and executing content marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels.
- Write, edit, translate and proofread marketing materials
- Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications and assets.
- Support content calendar management and publishing schedules.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors on content development projects.
- Track and report on content and campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
2) Events & Partnerships Support
- Support the planning and execution of events, including webinars, trade shows, customer events, and partner activations.
- Assist with event logistics such as timelines, registration, vendor coordination, materials preparation, and on-site support when needed.
- Help create promotional materials for events and partnership campaigns.
- Coordinate partnership deliverables, communications, and follow-ups with partners and internal teams.
- Maintain event and partner marketing calendars, contact lists, and project trackers.
- Support post-event and post-campaign reporting, including attendee feedback, lead tracking, and ROI summaries.
3) General Marketing Operations
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines across marketing.
- Assist with campaign execution, asset management, and administrative marketing tasks as needed.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, design, and external partners.
- Ensure marketing materials are accurate, timely, and aligned with company goals.
- Support the marketing team with day-to-day coordination and process improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Passionate about marketing and interested in serving high-net-worth clients and understanding their needs.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Experience conducting research and turning findings into actionable marketing insights.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with different stakeholders.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
