Requirement

• Experience in CNC machines; familiarity with FANUC controls.
  Experienced in operating a range of forming and stamping equipment, including vertical and horizontal electric or hydraulic machines.
  Skilled in surface treatment technologies for mechanical components, with knowledge of surface finish requirements and their impact on mechanical performance.Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings, including dimensional specifications, cosmetic standards, and geometric tolerances.
  Operate and use various inspection equipment: air leak testers, dimensional measurement tools, and Automated Optical Inspectoon (AOI) equipment.OR
  Proficient in laser welding, marking, and cuting processes and equipment operation

• Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders in China to provide production support and drive continuous improvement towards meeting or exceeding established KPIs.
• Education: Degree or above in Mechanical, Materials, Manufacturing, or related engineering fields.
• B3 in O Level Chinese is required to support Chinese speaking internal and external stakeholder.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Operations Intern to join our team. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in both IT and operations, including system installations, troubleshooting, maintenance, and deployments. You will work closely with our IT and operations teams, supporting day-to-day tasks and learning valuable skills that will set you up for a successful career in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation, setup, and maintenance of IT systems and hardware.
• Help with basic systems administration tasks, including working with Windows and Linux servers.
• Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, or networks.
• Deploy IT applications, assist with system updates, and perform system recovery procedures as required.
• Communicate technical information clearly to end-users in both verbal and written formats.
• Assist with research and implementation of improvements to streamline operations and IT support.
• Provide technical support for both hardware and software-related issues.
• Help with documenting IT procedures and creating user guides for internal use.

Requirements:

• At least ITE qualification or higher in a relevant field, or currently pursuing studies in IT, operations, or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in IT systems, technology, and operations.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information in a clear, understandable way.
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux environments is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with IT installations, system configurations, and basic maintenance is desirable.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and an eagerness to grow professionally.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficient in verbal and written English and Mandarin/Chinese is preferred (high frequency in dealing and coordinating with Chinese-speaking clients and vendors).
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks.

• Basic knowledge of networking concepts and hardware troubleshooting.

About the Role

This position is integral to the Business Development team, focusing on merchant onboarding, issue resolution, and operational data integrity. You will liaise between merchants, internal teams, and payment partners to ensure successful service delivery and process documentation. We are looking for an organized individual with strong problem-solving skills who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely and provide assistance to the Digital Payments Business Development team
• Assist in onboarding merchants with various payment methods
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our service according to the merchants’ requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve merchant issues by liaising with the internal team
• Assist in data entry, maintenance, and analysis of operational data, ensuring data accuracy and integrity for reporting purposes
• Engage in collaborative partnerships with diverse payment partners to facilitate the onboarding process
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of operational documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process manuals
• Assist in payment deployments to merchants if required
• Assist in other ad-hoc duties assigned
