• Support IT budget tracking, procurement coordination, and resource planning for infrastructure initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance frameworks, policies, and standards such as IM8, IT Policies, and End-User Acceptable Use Policies.
• Assist in reviewing and improving operational processes related to infrastructure support, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate Proof-of-Concept (POC) activities with vendors and internal teams to evaluate emerging technologies and support digitalisation initiatives.
• Work closely with cross-functional IT teams to align infrastructure solutions with organisational and operational requirements.
• Drive cybersecurity awareness and promote adoption of new IT initiatives across stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Experience in IT infrastructure coordination, project coordination, IT operations, or stakeholder management.
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure concepts such as networking, virtual machines, data storage, and data centre operations.
• Familiarity with IT service management processes and ticketing systems.
• Exposure to IT governance, compliance, and security policies within enterprise or public sector environments is advantageous.
