Responsibilities:

• Oversee the delivery of SAP services, ensuring they meet client requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Lead and manage a team of service delivery coordinators, process analysts, technical leaders, and engineers.
• Track and report on service delivery performance, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.

Role & Responsibilities

• To achieve set fundraising targets through planning and implementation of assigned fund-raising events and campaigns.

• To manage key donor accounts which includes regular communications, tracking donations and development of the donor engagement plan

As Package Characterization Lab Manager within Advanced Packaging Technology Development (APTD), you will lead a high-performing team of shift engineers and technicians delivering package characterization and failure analysis (FA) support for leading-edge technology development in advanced packaging.
