Qualifications

1. Industry Background

• At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development or key account acquisition, with hands-on exposure to the Singapore market.

• Candidates from automotive dealers, auto finance, automotive media/classified platforms, automotive digital marketing, dealer CRM / SaaS or related solution-selling environments will be preferred.

• Strong preference for candidates with established local dealer networks in Singapore, especially those who can access owner- or manager-level decision-makers and demonstrate actual prospecting and closing track records.

• Must demonstrate a clear hunter profile, with the ability to conduct cold outreach, open new accounts, build relationships and drive deals independently rather than relying mainly on account servicing.

· You may be part of the project team to supervise IWMF construction progress.

The work scope includes:

1. To work with project consultants and key stakeholders, such as other government agencies, on the design of the various facilities in IWMF and ensure that IWMF is constructed, erected, installed in accordance with design specifications and complying with statutory requirement.

• Build the competency of the audit team, including training and professional development for continuous improvements of the audit process, procedures and systems.
• Participate in internal audit initiatives to enhance the audit and risk management framework, with specific focus on data analytics and continuous auditing/continuous risk assessment.
• Promote internal audit as a management service that independently adds value by providing an accurate, concise analysis and reports in communicating audit results. Actively advocate the establishment of sound policies and guidelines on internal controls, risk management and corporate governance and sharing of good practices within the Company.

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy/ACCA or professional CA qualification with CIA certification. CISA or CFE certification would be an advantage.
• At least 6 years of experience in internal audit, preferably in construction or engineering services industry with exposure in Big 4 accounting firms.
• Proficiency in the use of data analytics tools (e.g. ACL, IDEA, Power BI, tableau, etc).
• Self-driven individual who is adaptable to changing priorities and different challenges and thrives in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Good interpersonal and collaborative skills with ability to exercise objective judgement.
• Ability to influence and interact with confidence and develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders, management and multi-disciplinary staff across different levels.
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and good report writing and presentation skills with strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
• Meticulous and resourceful with high level of commitment and initiative.
• Possess the passion to lead by example with strong organisational and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively as a team player/leader, with excellent analytical and the requisite managerial skills to manage detailed/technical work without losing sight of ‘big picture’ issues.

Regional Sales Manager

Our client, a well-established European industrial manufacturer is seeking a Regional Sales Manager. The incumbent will be responsible for all sales activities within SEA countries.

Responsibilities

• Manage direct sales and distributor accounts to ensure consistent growth in sales revenues
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive business opportunities and partnerships
• Serve as key contact point, fostering long term relationships and ensuring quality customer satisfaction
• Establish and develop sales plans and activities to ensure targets are met
• Conduct market analysis to identify key trends, opportunities, staying abreast of industry trends and competition.

Requirements

• Min Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 years’ of relevant experience in sales, sales account management, or distributor management 
• Preferably with good exposure in hydraulic, motor or pumps 
• Strong business acumen with good influencing skills
• Strong communication skills 
• Proficient in MS office applications
• Occasional traveling to SEA countries is required
