Regional Sales Manager
Our client, a well-established European industrial manufacturer is seeking a Regional Sales Manager. The incumbent will be responsible for all sales activities within SEA countries.
Responsibilities
Manage direct sales and distributor accounts to ensure consistent growth in sales revenues
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive business opportunities and partnerships
Serve as key contact point, fostering long term relationships and ensuring quality customer satisfaction
Establish and develop sales plans and activities to ensure targets are met
Conduct market analysis to identify key trends, opportunities, staying abreast of industry trends and competition.
Requirements
Min Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
At least 5 years’ of relevant experience in sales, sales account management, or distributor management
Preferably with good exposure in hydraulic, motor or pumps
Strong business acumen with good influencing skills

Our client is a well-established international chemical manufacturer. They are looking for Technical Sales Manager. The role involves managing a range of customers and agents, with a primary focus on the South Asian market. The main responsibility is to support and align with the company’s marketing and sales strategies.
Responsibilities
Work with senior manager to plan and carry out sales strategies for different customers
Build and maintain good relationships with customers, distributors, and agents
Study the market, collect information, and adjust business plans to meet customer needs
Evaluate the value of products and services to balance cost and benefits
Plan and manage projects to meet goals or market demands
Prepare yearly budgets and execution plans for assigned customers
Handle sales contracts and follow legal requirements
Set up credit terms and work with finance teams to secure credit limits
Work with other departments to resolve sales issues and improve efficiency
Keep customers updated on orders, deliveries, and related information
Help with collecting payments and ensure customers pay on time
Requirements
Degree in Science, preferably in a chemical-related field
Min 10 years of experience in sales management, including 5 years managing key customer accounts
A strong record of success, ideally in a multinational or trading company
Commercially driven with strong business acumen
Basic knowledge of finance and accounting in business
Familiar with import, export, and general trading practices
Able to plan and carry out business and sales strategies
Experienced in trading operations, sales, and marketing
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with internal teams and external partners
