• Strong campaign and project management skills - experienced in leading cross-functional teams, agencies, and multiple stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of channel marketing strategy:
• Knows how to design and execute channel plans that amplify brand campaigns.
• Skilled in leveraging KOL/influencer collaborations, digital advertising (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), and content partnerships to maximise reach and engagement.
• Ability to choose the right channels for different campaign objectives, balancing brand building with business impact.
• Strong analytical ability to translate market and competitor insights into brand strategy and execution.
• Passionate about investing and market trends; personal investing experience is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required; fluency in Chinese is a plus.
